Financial Services

Our Working Groups, which previously operated as Banking and Insurance and Private Pension Working Groups, were merged under the Financial Services Working Group upon the new restructuring of YASED. In this framework, the group will continue to work on regulations affecting the sectors as before.

In 2019, the Banking Working Group worked on the Draft Regulation on the Information Systems of Banks and Electronic Banking Services Opinions. Opinions were prepared in regarding the regulation and our opinions were conveyed to BRSA through a visit.

The Insurance and Private Pension Working Group completed its Position Paper in 2019, as in previous years.
